By accessing or using Pokédle (the "Service"), located at pokedoodle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Fan project disclaimer

Pokédle is an unofficial, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. "Pokémon" and all related names, images, sprites, cries, and Pokédex entries are trademarks and copyrighted material of their respective owners. We use them under fair use for non-commercial, transformative, educational, and entertainment purposes.

3. Use of the Service

Pokédle is free to play. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to play, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws.
• Submit drawings or content in the Draw game that is illegal, threatening, hateful, or infringes on others' rights.

We reserve the right to remove user-submitted content (such as drawings) that violates these terms.

4. User-generated content

When you create a drawing in the Draw game, your drawing is stored locally in your browser by default. If you choose to share a drawing publicly via the share features, you grant Pokédle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that drawing on the Service. You retain all other rights to your work.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Daily puzzle data is sourced from third-party APIs and may occasionally be unavailable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokédle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Advertising

Pokédle is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense and may show ads to you when you visit. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies and data are handled, including your right to consent to or reject non-essential cookies.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
